Myanma Ocean Win Services Co Ltd (MOW) was started as a Local Representative of Ocean Tankers Pte., Ltd Singapore in 1995.
MOW was established in 2001 and has been manning chemical and oil tankers with best qualified competent Myanmar Seafarers on a par with STCW 78 as amended while promoting sustainable development of Myanmar Seafarers' employment, and supporting in growth of Maritime Industry globally and domestically in Myanmar.

After 15 years of working as a Chief Engineer onboard Tankers, Mr. Win Ngwe became a representative of Ocean Tankers Pte Ltd, Singapore, in 1995 and started recruiting seafarers and arranging smooth vessel turnarounds in Myanmar port.

MYANMA OCEAN WIN is founded by our CEO Mr. Win Ngwe, who himself worked as a 1st Class Marine Engineer (Chief Engineer) and Marine Engineer Officer for 15 years onboard foreign going tanker vessels. Later on, he became the Local Representative for Ocean Tankers, Singapore, to supply qualified Myanmar seafarers. He is well respected in Myanmar’s Maritime industry and actively participates in multiple maritime associations, and is a ex-visiting professor at Myanmar Maritime University (MMU).
